鄉(xiāng)村大廚以體育贏得愛情——村頭飯館的大廚張二勇喜歡張村長的女兒笑笑，但笑笑的父親竭力阻攔兩人的情感。這時張、王、李三個村蓋新學(xué)校的事定下來了：三個村聯(lián)合辦個運(yùn)動會，讓三個村的小學(xué)生來參加。哪個村得第一新學(xué)校就在哪個村蓋。張家村孩子的體育成績一向最差，張村長一籌莫展。大廚張二勇得知消息后，告訴張村長他從前在縣體校當(dāng)過教練，可以帶孩子們贏，但有個條件--要是贏了，張村長以后不許干涉他和笑笑的事。于是大廚張二勇帶著五個“種子選手”踏上了一場前所未有的訓(xùn)練之路……
